MPH, Certified Wellness Coach and Founder of YOLO WELL
Raychel has worked in Behavioral Health in the areas of tobacco control, fitness, nutrition, sexual health, stress management and wellness. As mama to two awesome daughters, Raychel has had first-hand experience trying to find the elusive balance of parenting, work, relationships, health maintenance, and personal interests all vying for time and priority. Through wellness retreats and workshops, Raychel has found a way to blend her professional education and experience with her passion and commitment to wellness.
Raychel received her Masters in Public Health (MPH) at the University of Medicine and Dentistry School of Public Health and also holds several fitness certifications through ACE and the Spinning Program. She is certified as a wellcoach through Wellcoaches which is endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine.
What really makes Raychel stand out as a wellness expert is that she “walks the talk” as it applies to continual self-reflection and improvement. Her style reflects a deep sense of hope and appreciation for life that is contagious. She believes in change and with flowing with what life offers up and she has a knack for sharing that with others.
Raychel is the author of, “Life in Asymmetry” which tells of her experience as a “Previvor” of breast and ovarian cancer. This is defined as individuals who are survivors of a predisposition to cancer but who haven’t had the disease. This group includes people who carry a hereditary mutation, a family history of cancer, or some other predisposing factor. This knowledge has come with very powerful choices that Raychel navigates every day. She is the daughter and sister of breast cancer survivors and incorporates her experience with health maintenance into her professional and personal practices daily.
In her free time Raychel enjoys exercising with friends, time and travel with family (so far we have taken the kids to Italy, Indonesia, Mexico, Hawaii, and Costa Rica), and hosting people in her home for gatherings and ritual events.

Yoga instructor, Urban Soul Yoga
Kacie has a deep passion for yoga, which began to form when she started to inquire deep within herself and found the love that existed beneath the layers of self-doubt and anxiety. Through yoga, meditation, and nature, she has found a deeper connection with life — and a profound love and intention to share that with others. She hopes that through living her fullest truth and by offering her teachings as well, that other people can also find what yoga means to them — and hopefully deepen into their own experience and love of life.
Owner, Sun and Soil Juice Co.
Tatiana Kaiser’s love for culinary started at a very young age. Inspired by her parents love for bringing people together over good food, she learned the basics in her childhood kitchen. She started out in the baking world, working for a number of well-known bakeries. When she was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, she decided to take matters into her own hands and start leaning towards vegan and gluten-free baking. She realized soon after that she would need to take an even bigger step towards healthy clean eating if she were to live a life free of medications and surgery. She decided that Organic was key and juice was the most efficient fuel for getting nutrients into the body and thus, Sun & Soil was born. She now owns and operates Sun & Soil Juice Company out of Sacramento Ca, where she offers organic cold-pressed juices, smoothies and of course food.
