While we all know how very important it is to get the recommended minimum 150/minutes/week of moderate intensity activity- making that happen can be challenging, especially during COVID when our go-to ways of staying fit have vanished.
That’s where YOLO WELL comes in…
YOLO CARDIO21 can be done:
- anywhere
- anyone- all body types, ages and activity level can find their YOLO CARDIO21
- anytime- except for the 30 minute/week Monday session you sign up for- the rest is on your time
YOLO CARDIO21 Starter is a gentle, simple, pain-free way to get everyone up to that minimum of fitness and beyond! So whether you want 2021 to be the year you walk, jog or run – let YOLO WELL help you make it happen, from right where you are.
How it works:
- From February 22nd-July 12th (20 weeks) youR CARDIO21 will meet once a week on Mondays for 30 min. via Zoom.
- The meeting will also be recorded and emailed to you in case you have to miss (although we hope you don’t).
- Monday YOLO CARDIO21 Starter Groups will take place at 9:45 am, 12 pm, 3 pm & 6 pm (PST)
- You commit to moving the other six days of the week based on the YOLO CARDIO STARTER TRAINING SCHEDULE given to you by your Coach.
- In 20 weeks you will be moving 21 minutes a day, which gets you 149 minutes of heart pumping exercise a week!
